📦 Shipping Policy UAE Store

1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 2_3business days (excluding weekends and UAE public holidays)

  • Customers receive an email confirmation once their order is shipped.

2. Domestic Shipping (UAE)

  • Standard Delivery: 2–4 business days.

  • Express Delivery: 2-3business days (available in major cities like Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah).

  • Shipping Fees: Free

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Free Shipping

3. International Shipping (GCC & Beyond)

  • We ship to Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, and Oman.

  • Delivery times: 2-5 business days depending on customs clearance.

  • Restrictions: We do not ship to PO Boxes or countries with import restrictions on cosmetics/skincare.

5. Shipping Partners

  • We use trusted carriers such as Aramex, DHL, and Emirates Post.

  • Tracking numbers are provided once the order is dispatched.

6. Failed Deliveries
